WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets to most shows can be purchased online, or from the Chameleon Club Box Office (open during any scheduled event), and CI Records & Skates at 226 North Prince Street, Lancaster.
WHAT TYPES OF ID'S ARE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF AGE?
Valid NON-EXPIRED state issued Driver's License or Identification Card, Valid Passports, or Valid military ID. No other forms of ID are accepted.
WHAT DOES SOLD OUT MEAN?
Sold out means there are no more tickets available. All shows have tickets available at the door, unless posted on this website or at the entrance to the club that the show is sold out.
CAN I SMOKE IN THE CHAMELEON CLUB?
The chameleon Club is a non-smoking venue. Customers who are over 21 may smoke outside on the Tiki Deck.
WHO NEEDS TO BRING ID?
Anyone over the age of 18 must present a valid ID. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
WHERE CAN I PARK?
The Water Street Parking Garage is located directly across the street from the Chameleon. This is a well lit city operated garage, $3.00 after 5pm. On-Street parking is limited, but available, surrounding the Club. For directions please click here.
WHAT DOES ALL AGES MEAN?
All ages means anyone can enter the event. NO alcohol is permitted in the UNDER 21 section.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Age requirements are listed for each specific event. Please be sure to check the age requirements prior to purchasing tickets.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
No professional cameras and NO video cameras are allowed unless you have express written permission from the artist and/or venue.
I HAVE WILL CALL TICKETS WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Please bring a copy of the confirmation you received as well as the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Have these things ready when you approach the ticket window.
WHAT TIME ARE SHOWS OVER?
As per Lancaster City curfew, All Ages shows Sunday - Thursday must be over by 10pm. All Ages shows Friday - Saturday must be over by midnight, 18+ shows may run till 2 am any day.
WILL THERE BE TABLES AND CAN I RESERVE THEM?
The Chameleon is typically a standing room only venue. As such there are very limited seating options. In general the, Tiki Deck, and Desperados have seating; however, none of these areas has a direct view of the stage.
IF I LEAVE A SHOW CAN I GET BACK IN?
There is no re-entry for Chameleon Club events.
ARE OUTSIDE PROMOTERS WELCOME?
Yes, all serious inquiries are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please click here for contact information.
IS THE CHAMELEON AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS?
Yes, the Chameleon is available for private functions; the whole club is available as is just the Lizard Lounge. Please inquire for more information and pricing options. Date, time, function type, and the number of people attending the event affect availability.
BOOKING MY BAND AT THE CLUB?

IS THE CLUB HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, the main floor is handicap accessible; with ADA bathrooms. For any other serious questions concerning Handicap accessibility, please contact us before coming to any event.

WHAT TIME DO SHOWS START/WHAT TIME DOES INSERT BAND NAME HERE PLAY?
All advertised times are when the doors to the club open, start times vary based on the amount of acts, their set times, and time restrictions. Headlining artists always play last. All other support bands and time s they play are subject to change.
